Doing the work

Approvals and autopilot modes

How approval cards work, and what Ask me first, Auto-publish content and Full autopilot each do.

Rankoya proposes; you decide. Every change it wants to make arrives as an approval card.

Approval cards

Each card shows what Rankoya wants to change and why. You can:

  • Approve it, and Rankoya starts right away
  • Edit it first, so it's worded your way
  • Reject it

Cards appear in the app and, if you connect Telegram, in your Telegram chat with Rankoya. Both show the same conversation.

Autopilot modes

Choose how much Rankoya does on its own. You can change the mode at any time.

  • Ask me first (default): Rankoya drafts articles and fixes. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
  • Auto-publish content: articles publish on schedule. Changes to your site still need your approval.
  • Full autopilot: Rankoya publishes and fixes on its own and sends you a summary after each change.

The action plan

The Actions page lists what to do next, ranked by impact. Rankoya handles its part; the rest is marked as yours. When you approve several of Rankoya's changes at once, it confirms first, because they change your live site.

Asking the agent

On the Agent page, ask about rankings, competitors or content. It is the same conversation as on Telegram.
